Counselor Occupational Therapist

• The clinic functions thrice a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) between 2.00 to 4.00 p.m.
   
• The clinic team consisted of Hon. Psychiatrist, Headmistress, Special Teacher, Hon. Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Special Educator and Psychologist.
   
• 41 children were given therapy by the occupational therapist. The special educator trained parents for activities of daily living to be given to their respective child on individual basis.
   
• 14 new cases were followed up for medical guidance and special education assessment by the subcommittee. The Psychologist paid home visits to the newly referred cases. They were also referred to the pediatrician for medical guidance.
   
• Individual and group counselling sessions were held.
   
• Senior Psychiatrist Dr. Manilal Gada regularly evaluated needy children.
